As on February 15, 2019, BestnPet, Inc. was acquired by Mdm Permian, LLC in a reverse merger transaction. BestnPet, Inc., through its subsidiaries, develops and manufactures consumable pet products for dogs and cats. It also licenses payment processing and product fulfillment platform for veterinarian clinics. The company was formerly known as Resolute Oncology Inc. and changed its name to BestnPet, Inc. in April 2018. BestnPet, Inc. was incorporated in 2009 and is based in Dallas, Texas.
